Jaan Couvreur joins us to lead and support our Learning Architects, and will be leading client and internal projects. Alongside his talented colleagues, Jaan will design and deliver training that transfers to the workplace. And we mean really transfers. Actually converts to competences that will satisfy the skills required to meet business demands today and tomorrow.
With almost 20 years in learning under his belt, Jaan is the perfect pick for this position. He is brimming with experience and in-depth knowledge. A master’s degree in language and literature set Jaan on his path as a learning provider. From his first job as a college tutor through to roles as a learning consultant and manager of workforce transformation, Jaan has always put the learner at the centre of his work. He has a genuine curiosity and passion for learning. Coupled with an ability to create award-winning training solutions that allow individuals, teams and organisations to grow.
